1-1 Therapy for Adults
All 1-1 sessions last fifty minutes and are tailored to your individual needs. We will only ever work at a pace you are comfortable with. I place great emphasis on resourcing and resilience building alongside working with whatever has brought you to therapy. I will always seek to ensure you feel safe and supported during each session.

EMDR
EMDR is particularly suitable for working with trauma and PTSD, although it can also be used for a variety of other challenges such as loss and negative self belief. EMDR is an extremely effective evidence-based method that utilised the body and felt sense alongside talk therapy to achieve results.

1-1 Therapy for Teens and Young Adults
I frequently work with teens and young people, and am used to being alongside them as they navigate life transitions such as university, work challenges, relationships, sexuality and gender questioning, as well as bullying, abusive relationships and any issues around alcohol and drugs. All sessions with this age group also last fifty minutes
